Delivery
We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We ship to all EU countries, as well as Norway and Switzerland. For other international orders, please contact us for a quote. We use the services of PostNL or DHL.
All orders are shipped within 3 working days with a tracking number. During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.
Always free shipping for orders:
over €20 for Netherlands,
over €30 for Belgium,
over €50 for other European countries.
Before you place your order, you will see the total cost of your order, including delivery charges, taxes, and any other fees. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order status on our website or the service provider’s website (PostNL or DHL).

Return
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return the goods within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. This is called the cooling-off period. will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order and return the goods. You can use the model withdrawal form that we provide on our website, or you can contact us by email. You must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of your decision.
We will refund you the full amount you paid for the goods, including the delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or the proof of return. We will use the same payment method that you used to place the order, unless you agree otherwise. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods, unless we delivered the wrong or damaged goods to you. We may reduce the refund amount if the goods have lost value due to your handling of them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Please note that some goods are not eligible for returns, such as:
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable or consumable goods
Digital downloads or gift cards
Clearance or final sale items
We will inform you of these exceptions before you place the order.
